Beginning Flow Arts Video Lesson from S. J.!
A fire spinner and flow arts teacher since 2004, S. J. (Gwen) was the flow arts lead for the Queens of Avalon original cast. She’ll send you a NON-FIRE poi, staff, or hoop basics tutorial, your choice, to help you play, dance, and learn! Video lesson will also include stretches, a brief warm-up, and a brief cool-down. Two options available:
1. $20 video only (mp4 format, one video lesson per toy, i.e. $20 for one poi tutorial video, or $20 for a staff tutorial, or $20 for a hoop tutorial.) Please mention in your order comments which one you'd like to learn: poi, staff, or hoop.
2. $60 video + ONE follow-up lesson with Sooj one-on-one, via Zoom, Skype, or other video call, to be scheduled November 2021 or later depending on both Sooj’s and your availability. No prior experience required! Please mention in your order comments which one you'd like to learn: poi, staff, or hoop.
Note: Sooj will only create the video tutorials AFTER at least one person has selected this tip reward, so expect a brief delay for filming and editing. She may also reach out to you before doing any filming, to inquire about whether there are any specific moves you'd like to learn. Sooj's flow arts tutorial and one-on-one instruction is of course intended for recreational purposes only and is not a prescribed or otherwise medically accredited fitness program of any kind.
